​The main house is a traditional Portuguese granite farmhouse, over a century old, blending vintage charm with modern comforts. The heated pool allows for swimming almost the entire year.  In addition, the pool house features two BBQ’s, an 20 -person dining table, a full secondary kitchen with a bar, outdoor speakers, and an 85" TV for enjoying your favorite sports.

Our villa offers a unique experience with a 1km property line along the Rio Sul, accessible via a private bridge. This exclusive access to a small river dam is perfect for kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, and swimming. The expansive 8 hectares (19 acres) of land provide ample space for walks and hikes, making it an ideal setting for outdoor activities. Just 1 hour and 20 minutes from the International Airport of Porto, our property is ideally located for exploring the famous Douro wine region and the iconic Natural Park of Serra da Estrela. You're also an hour away from the picturesque beach town of Costa Nova, known for its colorful striped houses.
